Totally refreshed!!

It's still raining around here.
But it's Friday today, so I'm happily excited.
Actually I don't have any special plans to do for this weekend.

I went to an enzyme spa(bath) yesterday, that was really amazing!!!



It takes only 15minutes to lie in the tab that is filled with warmed enzyme .
All we have to do is just lie down and be covered with enzyme all over our body.
Sounds nice
And you'll come to know that you were totally refreshed after the beads of perspiration

It is said that enzyme has many benefits for our health, and one of them is to improve the poor circulation.

So I'll go once a week

I totally refreshed after going to a hot-spring.
I stayed for an hour.
I wish I could have spent longer, but usually it takes only a few minutes to take a bath at home.

いやー、温泉はいいね。風邪っぽかったのもいい感じ。
今日は一時間かけて入った。
本当はもっと長く入っていられればいいんだけど。家ではいつもほんの数分しか入らないからな。
