And my major is hair color. I used to go to Vidal Sassoon in London for study hair color skill a couple of time.
Also my hobby which is play video game, watch Anime, go hiking, and do Muay Thai kick boxing.
I do Muay Thai kick boxing 4 times a week and 1 lesson is 90 minutes. Actually I have a tournament next month in North Van. Currently my weight is 133Lb. I want to lose weight approximately 5Lb. I usually take control my meal. Recently I've not taken meet. My customer told me take a chicken breath or fish and protein. I don't need protein because I don't want to get too much muscular.
I've started training for 1 yeah right now. I'm really into it. I was not supposed to join the competition at first but I want to try my skill and technic. However, I do sparing after training
these days. I have to protect the face but I'm not good at the guard. I received punch on my face and got nose bleeding every sparing. My coach told me how to stop bleeding. It uses solely and water and mixed them after that solely of water put in the nose. It sounds like weird but I should do it. I don't have a mixer. I have to buy it. Gosh.
So, doing Muay Thai kick boxing at first, I couldn't have an energy adequately.
I felt scary yesterday while I was doing sparing with gym mate who is heavier than me also he's technic is better than me.
I should get used to be sparing.
