メルボルンに来て早１ヶ月、ついにカフェ巡り始めました！！
もちろんコーヒーが大好きなのと、カフェでバリスタとして働きたいので、そのためのリサーチを兼ねてます。
今日はメルボルンでも有名な"Seven Seeds"というカフェにいってきました！
どのくらい有名かというと...私が日本にいるときもなにかの雑誌で見かけましたし、メルボルンのカフェガイド本でも常に支持を得ているカフェなのです。
店内はこういうおしゃれな感じです。(倉庫を改装した感じです。)
（店内に入るとすぐ横に自転車を壁にかけられるようになってて、とってもおしゃれで素敵でした。）
一歩お店に足を踏み入れると、スタッフ・お客さんのつくりだす活気に溢れていて。すっごく混んでいたのですが(１５時ごろに伺いました。)嫌な混み方ではなく、とってもエネルギッシュで刺激をもらえます。
そして、なんといってもスタッフのコーヒーおたっくっぷりがもう！！
私がいる間にも5・６人のお客さんが豆だけを買いに来ていたのですが、
スタッフの応対、知識量がもう！！
コーヒーの勉強をしているんだー。と伝えると
なんでも聞いてねと言ってくれる素敵な店員さん
ファンになってしまいました。
今回、私がオーダーしたのはカフェラテ(AU$4.00)
これがもう、本当に美味しかった！！
エスプレッソとミルクのコンビネーションも最高だし、お豆の香りも感じるし、ミルクのテクスチャー具合も最高で…。
こんなコーヒーを淹れられるようになりたい！！と強く思いました
頑張らなきゃ！！
そうそう、木曜日と日曜日にはフリーカッピングが行われているようなので、ご都合のつく方は是非！私も行ってみたいと思います

Finally I started researching cafes.
BECAUSE I wanna be a barista and work for cafe as a barista.
So, for a starter, I wanna try to go to cafes as much as I can.
Today, I went to " Seven Seeds"
I had known this cafe before I came here.
Seven Seeds is really famous and popular cafe in Melbourne. Always gain high reputation from coffee-lovers.
This cafe might renovate warehouse. ( I guess)
Once you enter here, you could feel the vibrant atmosphere made by customers and staffs.
I went there at 3ish, yes, really crowded. But I didn't feel bad.
The atmosphere is really nice.
5 or 6 people just came there to buy coffee beans and had a chat with staff.
What I was supresed at was the huge knowledge the staff had.
The staffs in Seven Seeds are almost geeks for coffee.
I had a Caffe Latte (AU$ 4.00).
I really love it!
The combination of espresso and milk was perfect, I felt the aroma of beans, and milk is silky textured.
( Sorry about my poor English and vocabulary...)
I really wanna make coffee like this!!
I heard there would be free cupping on Thursday and Sunday.
So, I definitely will go trying on Sunday
