Hello this is Amy!!
I've still hadn't mastered using Ameba yet T_T
Today I'd like to tell you a bit about myself :)
I'll soon start writing so please stay patient with me!!
-----------
I prefer writing in English over Japanese because I find Japanese grammar usage very difficult.
I've attended a "American School" (Interntional School) all the way from Elementary to
HIgh School. Basically its a American curriculum based school that teach students in
English other than Japanese class.
The problem with these kind of schools is that because we are in Japan (outside of
states), its hard to be assured that each students will be fluent in both language.
There are too many students that can be lazy and speak only in one language or
another... or even just use parts of both language and speak "Japanglish".
Especially since my school wasn't a International Baccalaureate (IB), but a American
Diploma the standard is low.
But thanks to my parents who let us go even though it was financially hard, I was able
to obtain a lifelong gift of speaking in English and Japanese.
Don't get me wrong, there are Inetnational student that are excellent in Japanese too!
From what I've seen majority are not, and I was one of those majority who found it
difficult and uninteresting to learn Japanese grammar usage.
I'm so thankful for my mother who helped me be fluent Japanese.
I've had people asking me "Is it easier to talk in English or Japanese?"
To be honest its a 50/50 which no one believes me >_<
This comes to the conclusion why I am writing in both languages.
You can't express every single word in English to Japanese, the same goes with Japanese.
To those that can read both languages, or trying to learn either one, I hope my blog
can help you out. That'll be pretty awesome (^ε^)♪
Talk to you soon!!
