Drinking and driving has landed a Nobleton person in certain trouble.
Nineteen-year-old Alisha Zacchigna was found guilty in Huntsville criminal courtroom on July 13 of running a motor vehicle with a level that exceeded the legal limit of 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood.

Officers mentioned that the automobile was travelling between 139 to 140 km/h in a 100-km/h zone.The officers approached the driver, later recognized as Zacchigna. They noted in their report that the driver seemed tired and she told them she was on her way to work.
Nevertheless, she told the authorities that her job was in the Alliston area, situated more than 160 kilometers south of Huntsville.
Once the officials questioned Zacchigna why she was heading north in the place of south, she told them she didn’t realize she was heading north at that time, judge was told.

Court noticed that Zacchigna published two readings of 160 mg each, exactly twice the legal limit, when she was examined at the Bracebridge detachment. She was taken back once again to the Huntsville OPP detachment where she was processed, then released.
Zacchigna had number criminal background during the time of her arrest.
In his ruling, Judge J.D. Evans fined Zacchigna $1,400 and halted her license for one year.
