1st World: The 5 eyes, US, Canada, Australia,, UK, New Zealand, plus Israel
2nd World: EU, Japan, South Korea
3rd World: Emerging countries ex below
4th World: China, Russia, Iran, North Korea and other sanctioned countries.
Note: "Emerging" doesn't mean you will pop up some day 1 level higher, but more likely that you will be demoted 1 level lower. If you grow too fast
