Who am I ?

No one believes my age. People think 10 years older than my actual age.
Every time I go for dinner with my customer, they pay me expensive.
Most of appointments I go because they ask me to.
Customer asks me to help them to restruct their business.
I golf once a months, drink once a week, but with no expense of my own.
It's no my company who's paying but my customer.
Who am I to be supported so much?
Who I should be? what can I do to support all my trusted customer?
Who in my company knows about real me?
My decision is that I am not working for my company nor customer. I'm working for this land of rising sun.
It's not the nationalism but I have pride to sustain Japan to be leader of Asia.
I just don't want to see The land of sinking sun.

That is only the reason I can sacrifice trmendous amount of time for the job.
And not for you dick head boss!

Motivation and timings

When some one desperadly need you, you can feel your existing.
Some time you apeal your self to be recognized and not realized.
My boss can thing of every possible reason why my sales are drastic but my own effort. He thinks how lucky I am, marked demand by chance matched my selection of products.
He thinks with tiny brain that may understand small bit of market trend.
Well Sir then Ill make understand spontaneously.
My subordinated are so devoted to me and believe in me.
I'll not put them down.

Boss I'll see what I can do.

People see only what they want to see.
People hear only what they want to hear.
It's very easy to say what you want to say but it's very difficult to say something that other person hear exactly what you meant.
To explain only one sentence, there are million ways of understanding.
When you explain that you ate toast and egg and coffee in the morning. Listner will assume whether it was fried egg? scrumble? boild?
Coffee with milk? how abt sugar?
But is important to recognize their prefference and to be recognized.
It's much easier you say coffee, everone knows that you meant black.
To make others understand one sentense, you'll need million back ground. This mutual understanding is called trust.

Coutry side of Japan

I'm on the way to my Grand parents house. Well to be precise to visit their grave.
In the train, every site from the window is green with rice field and blue sky with big n white cloud above.
In most part of Japan you'll get same scenaries. Looking at the farms wondering how did Japan become world leading country?
Does these rice have special substance to make our brain function better?
Every and each advanced countries yet covered with such farms, I wonder how much percent of people in whole world livind advanced life?
Keep the fact which is happier, isn't it amazing you are one of them?
