太字は、「赤信号なのに」ということである。前置詞 against には＜～に反対して＞とか＜～に反抗して＞という意味があるので、against the red light には、「赤信号に従わないで」ということになる。多くの日本人には、against のこういう使い方はなかなか出来ないものである。
