日本国憲法、第9条についての、全国市民ネットワーク(JCN)・亀井大輔の考え方、姿勢は、以下の通りです。

as already many know,
"Japan and World, Peace and Prosperity" is
JCN's one of basic policies, usually top prioritized policy.

in considering, "article 9, Constitution of Japan",

JCN think, We and Citizens should re-recognize Japanese historical texts, especially, World War 2, Pacific War, and Atomic-bomb related historical texts.

in this historical texts, historical flow,
there is some possibility that, 「JCN can say, current "article 9, Constitution of Japan" has performed, and is well performing it's originally planed purpose, roles, that means, "War prevention", Inter National Peace Facilitation, Realization」.
（日本国憲法・第9条は、元々の計画、期待された、目的、役割を、よく果たしてきた。よく果たしている。即ち、戦争抑止、国際平和推進、の役割を果たしている。）

in 400 years ago, or former years,
all over Japan, including this town, area, Watari town, #亘理町, #山元町,
killing with each other, between near located, neighboring area residents, were not-rare, rather, usual.
but, along science and technology development, central/local government services, public infrastructures advancement, expansion,

in current Japan, these type conflicts, wars, killing each-other cases are almost out of consideration, no-need-for-being-considered.

not competing strengthening war arms, including Nuclear arms,
not killing with each other,

but cooperating with each other,
domestically and internationally,

not through war, killing each other,
but expanding Freedom of Speech, Human Rights, Living Rights, Democratic Environment,

developing "Japan and World, Peace and Prosperity",
can be, certainly, JCN basic way of think about "article 9, Constitution of Japan".
