Do you ever feel like someone scrambled to get a gift for you? She said it was lame but....well, I appreciate the sentiment.
I got a little bear plush that was cute, and also she got me uh...um a piece of candy and a drink I like. The card was short, and I honestly felt friend-zoned by the whole experience.
I don't know what we are even supposed to be. Like every time I think it's one thing it's not, then when I think it's something else, it's more. It's too confusing.
The card was cute, but very simple. To be honest I should just be happy because I wasn't expecting anything at all to be completely honest. I guess it's the thing of, it's better to not get anything than get something that didn't have any thought put into it??
At the same time, she said like everything kept going wrong so that's why her gift was lame. Idk.
On another note, her birthday is going to be soon. I wanted to order her the "when marnie was there" CD but I'm scared it won't arrive from Japan in time. I also wanted to get her something else but I can't remember for the life of me what it was.
