I depressed these days.

I had very depressed these days, because I made many mistakes.
One of them is resistration procedure for Director's changing.
Last week our Board of directores determined to resign one director.
Our department at law last resistration changing it but our company need licence to do business for instance construction, dispatch lavors, and so on.
Then Restration is last but continue other procedure, so I had to afford to do it in time.
One of them, secondly, My document involved mistake to express at law points.
So our board of directors were angry to me, and I had to take other step for this documents.
It is because, I don't know this company's construction yet.
Only god was a fact of my suproir understanding me.

Today, I was very boring!

Today, I was very boring!
In the morning, I filed criminal document, under the conflicting with other company.
Then I send e-mail to two lawer, and I made document for urgent Board of Manager.
And I had a conference with Business department about New advertisement media, and I consider and guess risk of this business.
And I made contracts with this New media company and Movie production company.
But I sighed, because this contract is composed from many Contract and Specification.
This service is served by three member, Server administrator, PC company and Advertisement company.
Then the server device and PC device is written by very numous way and detail way.
I consider how I control three member company until 22:00 at my office room.

Very busy today.

I had many conference with many business department today.
In the morning, branch of my company in the Tokyo has trouble with custmor to buy our products.
They want to close this trouble and pay \800,000,000 to this company, but we persuade them not to pay such a huge money, because their performance is surrender to demanding exorbitant price.
We must have policy, we have to crush Anti Social Group.
In the afternoon, I prepared to have special general meeting holder's.

Then I went to Narita airport.
