I just made some pancakes
Incredibly delicious!
I must have made them right this time!
RECIPE
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1.5 cup milk
salt
yeast
water
fillings you want
Method:
1)Take the 3 tsp of yeast and put into a bowl
2)Then pour some warm water until it just touches the top of the yeast
3)Leave for 10 minutes
4)Add your flour, pinch of salt and milk and mix together
5)Put some glad wrap over the top
6)Leave for three hours
7)It might be sticky when you get back to it after that time.
So add some more flour to get a more dough-like consistency.
8)Get the fillings ready
9)Grab a little less than a handful of dough, and flatten it slightly.
Start to put fillings in the middle. I have cut up pieces of bacon.
The mozzarella cheese I got out of the packet was all lumpy ^^;;
But I thought it would be okay because it would melt anyways.
10)Take the sides of the dough and join them together to seal the filling.
It should become a ball of dough.
11)Get the pan ready. Put the stove on high heat at first.
12)As the pan warms up, pour a little bit oil in there.
13)Wait until the oil has warmed up a bit. Then put the ball of dough in the frying pan.
14)Turn it over after a few seconds and start to flatten the ball firmly with a spatula.
Keep flattening until it looks more like a pancake. It should end up being slightly larger than a teacup plate. Lower the heat to a mid setting, and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until it looks ready [slightly brown on each side]
15)Enjoy your meal!
