Inventory Clearance

As I'll away again this week, enjoyed a dinner at home
using everything from fridge to clear all.
My favorite of the last night was carrot puree.
It was really easy and healthy also candy for the eyes..

As kitchen is not for the wife but for the maids in HK,
dish washer is not popular here,
I don't like it!!

Year of dragon

Happy Chinese new year!!
Dragon has been esteemd highly for Chinese people.
A good example is baby rush.
It's very hard to book the maternity hospital especially in this year.
As Maya has the last day in 2012, so some peple think
we have Doomsday in 2012, but Chinese think it'll never happen
because of the year of dragon:D

Something may change as a series of elections will take place
in the world, but I really hope for the world peace.

Life with Staub

After I got oval pot and saute pan,
18 round and mini cocottes are joined my family.
I know I'm crazy....
Anyway this is my first STAUB dinner;
Paprika chicken Basque style.

You know I love le cruiset but I bought some from STAUB this time.
The store had "buy one, get one free" promotion, I happened to buy 2!!
They are very beautiful, aren't they?
