Sleep

ブログネタ：夜は何時に寝る？ 参加中

I usually sleeps at 10pm or 11pm, it was sort of a habit now

maybe I'm a health freak or what idk, but i got a lil' paranoid when i saw or heard negative news about not sleeping for a certain of time or sleeping late at night.
obviously, if you don't sleep before a particular time and if it continues and became a habit for like a few years, the health system would just stop like a spoil engine, by that time call it liver cancer

and when i got older by times, i realised that i can't stand if i sleeps later
backache at that moment or headache on the next day
maybe it's my physical clock or stg which makes me think that i hadn't got enough of sleep yet

and i think it's dangerous to hang out with friends somewhere at night especially places in msia, so i seldom do that, except for certain occasions
i know some thinks that i'm a weirdo or some otaku freaks who just stays at home when we, young ppl are suppose to go out at that time. wrong statement fmo useless instead

unless i'm busy working on studies,

I'll still sleep when it's time to sleep
