I renewed my driver's license on Friday.
As you all know, we(even good drivers) have to watch 30 min training video about safety.
I always thought it is an hassle because just going to the police office and waiting in a long line would take forever, so extra 30 min video is just bothersome.
But everytime I go through this, I deeply appreciate how meaningful the video was.
A car can cause severe accidents.
It can kill people.
Somehow, we tend to think it wouldn't happen to ourselves, but it totally could.
So, I accpreciate the opportunity to remind me of the fact I easily forget.
By the way, the photo on my new license looks like a different person,,,,and it reminds me that I have gained 10lbs in 5 years.
Oh well.
