【緊急】Please Share this Video to CyberZ

Hi CyberZ and OPENREC.tv, it has been 10 months since I registered on your site last January and you still didn't allow me to upload a video or livestream on your site. I'm still having the same situation even in May and November, and I need you to allow user accounts created months ago to upload a video and livestream. However, please make sure my words could be sent to them but I highly recommend you shouldn't insult and harass them, but please treat them well and I hope they'll change their minds. https://www.openrec.tv/user/yunokiroom
