ユーザー情報を固定電話から携帯電話に変更する方法

We have a call system for you to verify or change your phone number and request for login password if you have forgotten.
登録電話番号やログインパスワードを忘れてしまったときに、電話で再認証ができます。

You may use your profile phone number call in Uniclub phone self-service at +813 4578 0300.
03 4578 0300のユニクラブ電話サービスに電話をかけます。

You are advice to get ready your System ID from your member area, next to your User ID.


Alternative you may click “Forgot Login and Security Password” link and then enter your User ID to obtain your System ID.

For verify your profile phone number: Once you have called +813 4578 0300 after 1st beep enter 1 & follow by # key, after 2nd beep enter your System ID & follow by the # key. If successful, you hear “OK! Your profile phone number verified.”

For change your profile phone number: Once you have called +813 4578 0300 after 1st beep enter 2 & follow by # key, after 2nd beep enter your System ID & follow by the # key, after 3rd beep enter your new phone number & follow by # key, after 4th beep re-enter your new phone number & follow by # key. If successful, you hear “OK! Your new profile phone number OK now.”

For forgot your login password: (get ready your paper and pen) Once you have called +813 4578 0300 after 1st beep enter 3 & follow by # key, after 2nd beep enter your System ID & follow by the # key. If successful, you hear “OK! Your login password is ______”

この番号の電話機から番号通知で発信します。 ユニクラブ東京電話 +813 4578 0300(+813=東京03のこと)につながったら、最初のブザー音の後に 1# を、2回目のブザー音の後にあなたのシステムIDと # を続けて押してください。　「ＯＫ」と聞こえたらうまくいっています。　あなたのプロフィールに登録されている携帯番号が認証されました。 あなたのプロフィールに固定電話が登録されており、それをあなたの携帯電話番号へ変更登録する際は、ユニクラブ東京へ電話して今度は最初のブザー音の後に 2# を押して、2回目のブザー音の後にシステムIDと#を押して、3回目のブザー音の後に登録したいあなたの携帯番号と # を入れてください。　4回目のブザー音の後には確認のためにもう一度同じ携帯番号と # を入れてください。　うまくいけば、ＯＫと聞こえ
ます。　プロフィールの電話番号が更新されています。 ログインパスワードを忘れた時には、(事前に紙とペンを用意して)同じくユニクラブ東京へ電話して、最初のブザー音の後に 3# と押して、2回目のブザー音の後にあなたのシステムIDと# を押します。　うまくいけばＯＫと聞こえます。　「あなたのログインパスワードは ------です。」と自動で喋るので書き留めてください。
