Mongolian Chicken
Ingredients:
2 tsp. insignificant oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 10 ounces boneless skinless cowardly breasts, 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, 2 tsp. newly crushed chillies, 1/2 tsp. fine shredded onions, 2 tsp. stone-cold water, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. peanut oil, 1 tbsp. shaoxing grain vino or dry sherry, 1/3 cup bird broth, 1 tsp. dark soy sauce, 4 dried Chinese mushrooms, 1/2 trivial red bell common pepper cut 1-inch triangles, 3 season onions in the main light cut into 2" lengths, 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, 2 tsp. cool h2o for thickening, 1 tsp. benne oil, 2 tsp. bottom legume condiment (mo si jeung), 10 oz boneless skinless rooster breasts (cut on diagonal into 1/4" sticky by 2" long-lasting slices, 4 Chinese dry mushrooms (soaked in warmed river for 45 minutes, rinsed, hose squeezed out, stems discarded, caps halved)
Method:
1. Mix the condiment ingredients both and steep the chick while you prepare all of the another ingredients for preparation.
2. Mix together the garlic, chilis, and onion. Combine the ground bean sauce, water, and sweetener.
3. Heat a wok, add the groundnut vine oil, and vortex the aboveground near oil.
4. Stir-fry the garlic blend for 5 seconds.
5. Add the terra firma legume sauce drink and stir-fry for 5 seconds.

7. Add the chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, and scallions.
