先日、一足早く 「桃の節句」のテーマでオンライン講座の撮影をしました。
これは赤坂 塩野のお雛様の練り切り。
お雛様の時だけに作られるもの。
正にお雛様サイズに作られた野菜の形の練りきりは見た目だけではなく、
とても美味しい。
撮影が終わるまでお預けでしたが、撮影が無事終了してからスタッフみんなで頂きました。
お菓子箱の懸け紙もレトロです。
蓬の緑 桃や紅花で色付けした赤 そして白の菱餅の色。
緑は健康 赤は魔よけ 白は清浄を表したそう。
こちらも小さい桐箱に描かれたお雛様がかわいくて、虎屋まで買いに行ったお菓子。
中にはお雛様カラーの羊羹が入っています。
明日一足早く、友人とお雛祭りを祝うので、羊羹を頂くのが楽しみ

制作前の花たち
初めての収録。
作っているプロセスはカメラを止めないで撮影するものと信じていたので、準備万端に。
この時は一気に作品を制作しました。

As I believed that I have to make up the arrangement without stopping the camera in the beginning, I made ccareful preparation!

I am going to release new web site for flower arrangement course online in 2017.
私が手に持っているのは、若松を日本の折形の「木の花包み」で包んだもの。
このまま、リビングルームのキャビネットの上や玄関に飾って頂けます。
This is one of the traditional Japanese ORIKATA, 'The wrapping for trees'.
This bouquet is not only suitable for gift flowers but also for nice decoration on the cabinet in the living room or in the entrance.
こちらは床の間飾り
黄色の仏様の手のようなものは「仏手柑」。
本当に仏様の手にそっくりですね。
この仏手柑、お部屋に置いておくとそこはかとなく上品な良い香りが漂います。
お正月らしくゴールドの陶器の蓋に若松と一緒に飾りました。
紅白の水引をあしらって。
This is New Year decortion for the alcove 'TOKONOMA' of Japanese room.
Yellow srange shaped fruit is called ' BUSSHUKAN'.
BUSSHUKAN means the palm of Buddha.
It smells fresh & grcefully.
I set it on the gold lid of the porcelain with a branch of pine tree as pine tree is symbol of Japanese New year.
The red & white knotted paper strings is called 'MIZUHIKI'
This is aso symbol of the New Year.
2016年は東京に引っ越し、新しい生活のスタートでしたが、充電期間でもありました。
東京は歌舞伎などの舞台芸術や様々なジャンルの展覧会などが多く、刺激的ですが、それと同時に新潟の食の豊かさや空気や水のきれいなことに改めてきがつきました。
I move to Tokyo in 2016.
2016 was the start of my new life & alo the time to recharge my batteries.
Tokyo is exciting mega city full of the opportunities to enjoy the performing arts & exhibitions, whereas Niigata is rich country with clean water & nice foods.
そんなわけでしばらくの間は東京と新潟を往復する生活を送ります。
I am very fortunate I can have both benefit through going back & forth between Tokyo & Niigata.
昨年からオンライン講座の準備に追われておりますが、お届けできるまでもう少しお時間をいただきたいと思います。
