Ngohiongを売っている屋台はセブ島にたくさんありますが、私のお気に入りは、Ngohiong Expressで、今まで食べたNgohiongの中で一番美味しいです。また、このお店のベーコンロールと、puso、ソフトドリンクのセットはとても美味しく、価格もお手頃です。Ngohiong Expressは、セブ島で売り上げを伸ばしているファストフード店で、Ngohiongだけでなく、Siomaiや、様々な種類のtapsilogを販売しています。Ngohiongの主要な材料は、Ubodと言われるココヤシの柔らかい芯です。それにsingkamaと豚肉、えび、ニンニク、玉ねぎと塩胡椒を加えています。

A lot of stall here in Cebu selling "Ngohiong" but my favorite version of "Ngohiong" is the "Ngohiong" express.One of the best "Ngohiong" i ever tried and also their bacon roll pair with rice "PUSO" and soft drinks very Yummy! and affordable. Ngohiong Express is considered as one of a fast food business that grows here in Cebu that offers not just Ngohiong and siomai but also a wide variety of "tapsilog".One of its main ingredients of a Ngohiong is the "UBOD" or the heart of a coconut palm.Adds with" singkamas",meat(pork),shrimp,garlic,onion and salt and pepper to taste.
