The atmosphere here differs from that in other countries though~
In Russia the main holiday is a New Year and not a Christmas
And Christmas is celebrated on the 7th of January,
not on the 25th of December as in other countries...
But well, 25th became a holiday for me since my friends celebrate it (^^)
As I've experienced it, the atmosphere of Christmas in Europe smells like a mix of cinnamon, gingerbread cookies, apples, mulled wine and chestnuts~
Here, it's a smell of fir-trees and tangerines

I remember receiving a presents when I was a kid.
A standard gift for children at schools for New Years parties were bags with different candies, chocolates and a couple of tangerines haha~
Maybe that's why I'm so addicted lol
Or I'm lacking vitamin C constantly www
Anyway, when winter is close, tangerines are sold everywhere
I've bought some today for a first time this year (^^)
Yum yum~
