REFLECTION

  • I am surprised that my muscle mass spiked up by 0.3 kg. I hope this is a product of this daily exercise routine.
  • Today I had to be out pretty much for the whole day, but I had the chance to walk a bit so I guess it is at the very least, better than not walking outside at all.
