Um, good morning? Good evening? I'm not sure. It's nighttime here in America, so I suppose that makes it morning in Japan. And this is a Japanese website, so I'm assuming everyone reading this is in Japan.

I do feel a little silly joining a Japanese website without knowing much Japanese. So... please forgive me if I sound strange.
A bit about me... I'm a student in an art school. It's my first year, and my first quarter will end tomorrow (today??). So I'll probably go to sleep soon. Ah... I really love drawing manga and it's been my dream since I was a child to become a great manga-ka! A certain manga-ka I admire very, very much has a blog here, and that's why I joined.
I wish my life could be like a shojo manga. But it's almost exactly the opposite: I live in America, I'm in college, I live with my parents, and I have very few friends and hardly ever go out and have fun with them. Not exactly the ideal shojo manga scenario. But maybe I'm just too idealistic.
