Ahoy!
It's been raining for a week now. people in Japan probably think it is nice and warm in Cape Town throughout the year, but in fact it can be really cold in winter. this time of year getting out of the bed is not an easy thing to do. none of the windowns in my room closes properly keeping the room just cold enough for me to miss Kotatsu.

although the winter has just started i'm missing summer already. blue skies, green waters and girls;) Speaking of sky i did skydiving and managed to crack my knuckle, ha ha. actually ive been skydiving for a while. its absolutely beautiful to see Table Mt, Cape Twon and Roben Island from up there. I was stuck at the same level of 10 second for a long time making the same mistakes so my jump master would not let me go on to the next level. but two weeks ago, i at last did a good jump and i knew i passed it while still coming down from the sky under the canopy. so excited i didnt even check the wind sock and i landed downwind in a parking lot which is tar road. i never had a problem with landing before and i was starting to take it for granted. it is really a stupid thing not to chack the wind sock..
so i landed pretty fast shaving knuckles against the ground. i bled quite a bit, they seemed more worried about the canopy getting my blood than me actually bleeding.

two weeks later my knuckle is still swollen, not painfull so im not worried though. looks like a ping pong ball implanted in the knuckle. apparently it taks a month or so for the blood inside to be absorbed. anyway as we say, any jump you can walk away from is a good jump!!

ahoy there. its been in ages since i last updated this blog. this time im writeing in english. maybe it works better this way as we all want to improve our english. and ive been here in cape town for quite some time i guess its time to see how ok my writing skills are.

i just finished reading the beach for the second time. this time i enjoyed a lot better. first time i read i struggled to understand but this time i found it easier to read. i try and read when i have time. the beach is very well writen, easy to read, gripping and seems so real.

speaking of beach, beachs in cape town are specutacular. warm sand, green sparkling water, vast blue sky, frogrance of the sea. i spend loads of time on beach this summer just reading and relaxing. only downside is the water is ice cold. you will see many people enjoying themselves on the beach but very few people actually swiming. it sure is very refreshing and invigrating once you get in and suffer from stabbing pains for the first few minites though. i also like the feeling when i get out of cold water. i feel blanketed with sunshine. i really feel alive.

now its winter. it can be very cold in the moring and at night. although i never hated winter but im already looking forward to the summer.
