RuneScape players unlock six new titles when they engage in player owned ports. This old school runescape gold guide details what the titles are and what is required to unlock each of them.
Level 90 in a player owned port is required to unlock the cabin boy/girl title. This is unlocked by starting out in player owned ports. Only one skill is needed for this title, but level 90 in prayer, herblore, runecrafting, slayer, thieving, and fishing are pretty much all needed to unlock all of the titles.
A port score of 400 unlocks the Bo'sun title. Meeting each adventurer is an easy 300 score, and miles, port upgrades, and a few storylines can easily put the RuneScape player past 400.
First mate unlocks with a port score of 800. Cap'n unlocks at 1,200, commodore at 1,600, and admiral at 2,000.
To unlock all of the titles, the following should be completed. The easiest obtainable things are listed first.
Meeting all six adventurers. This can be done the first couple days and gives 300 port score.
Taking all six story lines through jade distance. This gives 600 port score.
Hitting the cap of 1,500,000 miles. This should happen within three months for anyone who plays daily. This gives 300 port score.
Finishing all six story lines. This adds another 120 port score. Depending on how fast the adventurers roll and the RuneScape player's priorities, this can take a week or more.
45 ship upgrades (all through Jade.) 225 score.
All eight pincers ship upgrades, 40 more port score.
All six trio story lines: 120 port score.
All port upgrades (there are 24 total.) 10 port score each upgrade. Upgrades to the totem, portal, and icons do not give score.
All 80 scroll pieces: 240 port score.
As the current max score is 2,185, rs 07 gold players have a bit of room here for unfinished business while claiming the admiral title.
