カナダは現在12月31日の昼間です。
そう、大晦日。
Hi,
In Canada, today is Dec 31st.
That's right, it's the last day of the year.
今年はとても楽しい1年でした。
私にとっては、近年稀に見るとても良い年
This year was a great year.
To me, it was exceptionally great
毎年、いい一年ではありました。
でも、今年は物事が動いた一年、という意味で近年稀に見る良い年だった。
Well, it's been always a good year at the end.
But, I feel that some things moved forward this year for me, so 2023 was different.
ACに出会えたし、始めたし、子供達も料理ちっくなこと（お味噌汁作ったり）できるようになったり、一人で登校、下校できるようになったし。
（カナダは基本、ずーっと親が車で送り迎えしてることが多い。）
子供の著しい成長を感じました
母として、とても嬉しい
I have found and learned AC, my kids started to cook a little (just easy meals), they can now go to school and come home by themselves as their school is very close.
(In Canda, parents usually take to/pick up from school all the time)
I witnessed my children's great growth this year.
This brought me a great pleasure as a mom.
あ〜、これからクリスマスツリーを片付ける。
でも、もうお外のライトの飾りは外した
I still have to put away this christmas tree today,
but I have already put away christmas lights outside
カナダはみんなクリスマスデコレーションを1月下旬まで出してあるのは普通だけど、私的には、ね。
片付けたいのです。
No one cares if the christmas tree is still up inside the home as everyone has christmas decoration well into January in Canada.
But, I just want to get done with it before 2024 arrives.

My cat was doing his patrol in my garden while I was putting away the christmas lights
(I have no sense how to take pictures I just can't take a good shot.)

前の家族から離れて１歳直前で我が家に来たのだけど、
我が家に来て翌日には、もうへそ天してた
He came to us just before he turned 1yo,
he started sleeping like this since the nexy day
こんなに可愛いベイビーたちに囲まれながら、2023年が終わり、2024年が始まる。
とても幸せ
I am surrounded by these beautiful furbabies when 2023 finishes and move on to 2024.
I am so blessed
そして今日は、お友達からクリスマスプレゼントでもらった
パグのマグに好きなフレーバーコーヒーを入れて
ちょっと豪華にウインナーコーヒーで飲む
Today, I am having my favorite flavour coffee with some whipping cream on top in my Pug mug which was a christmas gift from my good friend
とても良い1年の締めくくりの日だわ！
2024年もいい1年だった、と振り返られるような年にしましょうね
This is a great way to spend the last day of the year!
