Daddy came home from Hong Kong yesterday.

We drove to the airport to pick him up.

Kai was so excited to see him (and big planes as well).

Notice the Thomas jumper hand-knitted by Nain?

And today's Rei-chan.

followed by today's Kai-chan.

G and Kai had a major job today - baking a christmas cake.

I shouldn't have seen the process -

I didn't really want to know they used that much of sugar and butter to make the cake.

As you can imagine, Kai had a great time cleaning the bowl and the spatula afterwards.

After a while, it gets really difficult to come up with something

to say about these baby pictures. It's not like we go out to interesting

places or do something interesting.

So, today, I am just presenting a series of Rei's pictures

as "today's Rei-chan."

Rei's Japanese grandparents bought him a new shirt.

Since you cannot see his neck, he sort of looks like a rugby player, doesn't he?

Finally, G is home for the weekend!

Needless to say, Kai was really excited to see Daddy after a week.

We also received the advent calender from Nain and Taid.

Kai was over the moon with the concept of being encouraged to eat chocolates everyday.

We also decorated our Christmas tree.

?

The World of Carl Larsson has been Kai's latest favourite book

He also likes to pretend he can read.

Here, he is saying "Buzz Lightyear says he can fly!"

Hmmm...

Rei was in a very good mood this morning, after spending a restless night due to his cold.

Of course, this cheerful mood lasted only until his bro came to prod him..

I guess Rei's expression says it all.

Rei, trying (very hard) to remain in good spirits.

And now, a bit of an evil grin...maybe he is protting a revenge against his bro.

A happy moment for now.

Have I told you that G has been rather obsessed about baking lately?

I have, haven't I?

Well, he did it again. This time, apple and pear tarts.

I guess there is a bit of Christmas baking spirit in the air.

G and Kai, making burgers together.

Kai is definately becoming a little pro when it comes to making any kind of dough,

Now he is officially 2 month old, Rei's been smiling quite a bit.

He is especially in a good mood right after he wakes up.

or after he is fed.

A happy boy.
