We begin our 4th and Final Week of the Dance Challenge with Styling and Expression. Today Bill Jacobsen uses the Interrelated System of Teaching to change Rhythms and make new dances out of old steps. This is a great tool for every leader on the dance floor no matter what level of dancer you are. Bill Jacobsen is the Franchise Owner of both the Edmonton and Calgary studios. He holds a position on the Arthur Murray International Dance Board, and he is a Dual Fellow Examiner and a World Championship Adjudicator.
It wouldn’t be Smooth Technique week without a little Tango! Brent Smith brings us some great tips for shaping in Tango. Brent and his wife Barbara Ferchuk (whom you will meet on Day 26) are the Franchise Owners of the Port Coquitlam in Canada. Together they hold two undefeated Arthur Murray Nine Dance Championships.
