In Gotanda, an explanatory meeting of "myself" presented by Achievement (a consulting company) was held.
It is 4 days training programme for making some skills much better.
I had been going to participate it in order to just listen to the explanation at first.
But, I could gain a lot of important things there.
I'll tell you a little what I learned.
There are 5 steps before one will have progressed; know, understand, do, be able to do, and be able to teach.
You can reach the 2nd steps soon. But 3rd and 4th steps need training again and again.
The "myself" programme gives us a chance to train many times like that.
You can get skills of presentation, leadership, business mind, and communication.
I thought there were no lying, because I have seen the company has really capable workers.
I have known the important things but I haven't had the chance and place and a little confidence to train.
So I applied to the programme. I wish it will give me a precious time to grow up!
Lastly I review 4 points for job hunt they told us.
1. Don't do job hunt for an informal decision (Naitei).
2. Know yourself deeply by making your brue print for the future.
3. .Improve your technique in conveying.
4. Don't stop your growth!!
