18日目の今日は、K先生の個人ビジネスプランの最終プレゼンがありました。
各々が限られた時間の中でベストを尽くして内容を練り、オーディエンスに英語で発表します。BSLAに参加して、surveyやE先生の授業や会話などで少しずつ英語を使う機会はあったのですが、まとまった文脈を持った内容を英語で伝えることは初めてだったので、自信を持って話すことになかなか苦戦しました。プレゼンの内容に関しては、序盤のビジネスのstory（なぜそのビジネスをやるのか）やvalue add（提供する付加価値は何か）といった部分、さらにはcompetitor (競合)のいないニッチ分野に自分のビジネスを当てはめることなどといったアイディア勝負なところで躓いてしまい、0からの集客戦略や会社組織の細部の構築、financial planの精度を上げるなど、ビジネスの実現性をどんどんクリアにしていく“詰め”の作業が甘くなってしまったのが反省点だと思っています。また単純なことではありますが、Power pointのスキルの差が作業効率の差にもつながっていた部分も感じたので、 1年生の私としてはもっともっと場数を積んでパワポのスキルを向上させたいと思います。

Today, we had final presentation of the individual business plan of the K-san.
In the limited time each of us polished up our contents. And we had to do a presentation with English. In BSLA programs at a survey time and the E-san’s class we had opportunity to use English shortly, however, this time we have to explain our presentation which has firm. So I struggled to speak with confidence in English. For the contents of the business plan, I stumbled on where ideas important for instance story, value adds, competitors of my business. So I couldn’t work well to brushing up my business plan’s accuracy to achieve my business. That is my reflection point. Though this is simple thing, I felt and realized that differences of power point skills leads to differences of working efficiency. I think I have to have more time to presentation and improve my power point skills.
