こんにちは、眞野です

今日は朝から公園に出かけてリフレッシュしました

ただ、もう桜が散りかけでちょっと残念でした

そのあとは、みんなでテニスやバスケットをして汗を流し

おいしいＢＢＱのお店に行きリブを食べました

明日はいよいよビジネスプランのプレゼン発表です

一か月の集大成として、今までの成長の成果を発揮できればと思います

それでは、最終のプレゼン準備があるので

Today, we went out see the cherry blossoms at park.

But, we were disapointed, because, there were not the cherry blossoms.

Then, we played tennis, basketball and, went to BBQ restaurant.

IT's amazing!!!

By the way, there is presentation at tomorrow.

So, we must think about it.

ディズニーと流通証券！

こんにちはみなさん　藤原です

今日は午前中にディズニーで働いていらっしゃるノエルさんに話をお伺いして、

午後は濱口さんから流通証券についての講義をしていただきました

ノエルさんは非常にすらっとしたベッピンさんでした　ノエルさんはハーバード大学を卒業なさっていて、彼女

自身の経験をたくさんお聞きすることができて非常にためになりました　

午後に習った流通証券の中で、商業証券は為替手形、約束手形、小切手、預金証書の４つがありまして

これらは銀行業務において非常に重要であるそうです

また、流通性の条件や商業証券の譲渡についても教えていただき、内容の濃い講義でした

ＢＳＬＡもあと少しですが最後まで頑張ります

Hello everyone. This is Fujiwara.

Today in the morning we talked with Noel who works in Disney and in the afternoon we took lessons in

negotiable instruments from Hamazaki.

Noel is very slender and beautiful. She graduated from Harverd University and we are very happy to listen

to her many experience.

In negotiable instruments which we studied in the afternoon, commercial paper are draft, note, check,

and certificate of deposit. These things are said to be very important about bank business.

We also studied the condition of distribution and transfer, so we had a substantial speech.

Just this short of the finish of BSLA and do our best!

There are only two days announcing a business plan. Good night!

Manufacturers Bank訪問と第3回Kirkさん講義

今日はまず、ManufacturersBankさんに訪問しました。

ManufacturersBankさんは三井住友SMBCの子会社で、中小企業を中心に融資を行っている銀行です(^∇^)

口座を設けるには、かなり詳しく個人情報を書かなければいけません(ﾉﾟοﾟ)ﾉ

それはテロとマネーロンダリングの警戒のためですΣ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ！

オープンな申し込みフォームが多いアメリカにしては、細かい申し込みで驚きました。

また、米国銀行制度の基礎を濱口さんに教えていただきました。

中でも大きい学びは、金融独占に対する反感があるということです∑ヾ(￣0￣;ﾉ

それは1930年代の大恐慌の反省からです。

RegulationA~Z(次はAAから）や、Unit Banking Systemや、Glass-Steagall Act of 1933、

SOX法など様々な規制があります(?_?)

それでも今の大不況が起きたということです。＾＾；

夜にはkirkさんにビジネスプランについての講義をしていただき、私たちのビジネスプランを見ていただきましたo(^-^)o

ビジネスプランについては、ターゲットやコストの書き方を教えていただきました(o^-')b

Today, we went to Manufacturers Bank.

Manufacturers Bank is Mitsuisumitomo-SMBC's subsidiary company which finance to small and medium-sized enterprises(*゜▽゜ノノ゛☆

When you open a bank account you should write very detailed personal data.

The purpose is to make sure if person is nothing to do with terrorism and money laundering.(/ω＼)

Also, we had a lecture about American banking system by Mr, Hamaguchi.

The most interesting thing was that American people have antipathy to financial monopoly.

The reason is 1930`s financial panic.

There are so many regurations such as RegulationA~Z(nextAA）, Unit Banking System, Glass-Steagall Act of 1933 and SOX.

But, financial panic is happening now.(ﾉ_-｡)

In the evening, we had lecture about buisiness plan by Mr. Kirk. He checked our buisiness plan.

Mr.Kirk taught about target customers and how to write cost.

But He said "I reccommend you to make something else."

So we are going to do it over again!
