Boxes for Soldiers the friend to the international Soldier
We have just launched B4S - Boxes for Soldiers, the mobile app and online database of products that military personnel need and want.
Armed forces personnel; simply login, list all the items you would like to receive in your care packages and simply share on social media or email with all your friends and family. This app even offers you the options of quantity and duration; if you put 2 cartons of orange every 10 days and someone selects one then the requirement will only be for one more. Yes you can change the frequency not just week, fortnight or month but to 10 days 18 days etc and they system will reset after the time scale is passed.
Your friends and family; can then choose to send you a care package of goodies by selecting from the items you have just listed. Once the number of items needed have been selected by others, these items will nolonger be shown in the list until the time has elapsed.
Obviously there is nothing stopping you adding items of fun, jokey or just something extra, surprises are always great
Military Blog; we have setup a support blog to help servicemen and women use the app and to offer support like links to other military blogs, websites and information pages.
Many military personnel have a wide circle of friends outside of the armed forces but many do not, so B4S has developed a military personnel adoption service so you can add your details to be adopted and groups or even companies can support and sponsor you with gifts and shoebox care packages.
We are now working on a business direcory aimed at military personnel to list businesses that offer discounts on the goods they sell or service they offer or different special offers aimed only at you!
