I have a very good friend who is on his first tour of duty with the original P90X workout program, he's only into his 3rd week and he admitted to me the other day, that he's already suffering from constant fatigue. He feels like he just doesn't have the energy that he needs in order to fight through the workouts on a daily basis, and more importantly to be able to sustain for the rest of the day. The P90X2 Nutrition Plan does a better job of addressing this, but the key here is that you need to liten to your body, and determine what the right nutrition mix of protein, carbs, and fat are that you need to consume on a daily basis in order to perform, and also to ensure that you have enough energy to make it the day.
My good friend recognized this, and he increased his average calorie count accordingly, as well as combined his diet with other supplements to provide him with the fuel that his body so desperately craved!
