I've asked them several times but they won't tell me what the problem is!!
I have contacted them 3 times and they just send me the same message I have copied here and will not explain to me what the problem is.
If anyone has any suggestions I welcome them because I don't know what to do: I have to improve to avoid sanctions but it's impossible to know what I have to improve!!
