It's been awhile~!!

Hi Everyone! it have been a while since I have updated!!


For the past few months I was kind of taking a break from Cosplay!

But I'll start to plan for some shoots soon! need to make props too~


On 17 Aug, flew over to Philippine to attend Fantasy Quest 2 on the 19 Aug and we have private photo-shoot on the 18 at Fernwood Gardens, the location was really good!! love it!!! We started from morning~ leave hotel around 7am plus, with full costume and make up on! haha, Was abit out of energy but manage to last until in the afternoon.

After shoot, we went back to the hotel and i went to sleep after i shower, didn't wake up to eat lunch too, was too tired to wake up! and i think i nearly sleep at dinner time also but lucky manage to woke up, was hungry and tired x.x

By the time we went back to hotel it was quite late i think is was around 12am plus? forgot what I was doing and went to sleep awhile and woke up at around 6am to start preparing for the event~

the event was so fun, but i think i was too tired to walk around, regret not taking a look at the booth!! around in the evening (i think?) I was sitting somewhere in the room and fell asleep for awhile.

But still it was one of the fun events for me, really enjoyed everything! traveling, knowing new friends, cosplayers and photographers~

I do wish to attend next year if there is!!! :33

And reach Singapore on the 23 Aug midnight~, for the next 2 days I was sleeping and sleeping at home ~!!!

I miss everyone and the times we spend together I wish i can spend times with everyone in the future again~~

I also bought a lot of food back~ haha, total weight was 10KG, LOL I had to pay extra in the airport, roughly $93 Singapore Dollars X.X , Luggage was 20KG and hand carry was around 7-8 KG >




Oh yeah and during the private shoot, my pants gave way LOL!!! Because i was jumping and kicking alot haha. ;A; first time during shoot something like this happen haha!


And bought cloth~!! some of the cloth i just buy to keep it haha!

And so I did a Make up test for this weekend event~!!

This is just a test make up some details are not good haha u just did quick editing and skip some steps as i was tired haha, still I take around 1h 30 mins, usually i take around 2-3hours for cosplay make up haha!! but will do a proper make up on this weekend!! See you guys at STGCC!~~~





Need to start sewing, editing costume x.x
But it have been so long since i have use a sewing machine haha!



My room is also getting more and more things haha, wondering where to keep some of my costumes and wigs X.X

This is the English version of the interview!!

- What make you get into the cosplay world? How long were you making cosplay?

I started Cos-playing because of kateikyoushi hitman reborn!, Before that I know a bit about Cosplay but wasn't that interested in it!! But started Cosplaying because I really like the characters!! Fell in love with them!! So I took around 4-6 months to plan for my first Cosplay! After I Debut my first Cosplay at a Event, I started Cosplay more of my favorite Characters!

Hmm, Most of my costume are tailor made, but did some editing on the costume to make it better. I’m making some easy costume first going slowly improve on sewing.

- What do you like the most about cosplay? Are you satisfied?

What I like the most is being able to portray the characters and trying to look like the characters!! But It’s isn’t easy!!! Sometime the characters have different personality from me, but I really enjoy creating the characters personality and portray them out in my own way! It’s really fun, but I feel sad when I plan not to Cosplay the characters anymore! It’s like I have to kill part of my feeling for the Characters and move on to other Characters! And because of Cosplay I am able to play around with makeup and learned how to use them too!!

I’m quite satisfied, but I believe that there is room for improvement and I want to improve more on my Cosplay, makeup , being able to portray the characters better! And work harder on my expression!

- We know you've also done some crossplay and now a guy makes crossplay is less common than a girl, but we see you take it seriously and gradually more boys also encouraged... what you think about the crossplay? Is it difficult? Do you see any advantage or a disadvantage?

*Laugh* Difficult question! Haha nevertheless I will still say how I think about Cross-play for guys.

Disadvantage for guys, It isn’t easy to portray a girl character, for guys, our face shape is different from girls, probably only few have face shape similar to a girl, But makeup does wonders too!! But you must know how to use makeup, not just any how applying!! Practice makes perfect!

Hmm there isn’t much Advantage I guess, probably It’s good that you can think of how you want to do a girl make up, try it out on your face first, have to practice a few times so next time in the future you can help your friends with makeup too if they need help =3




- and with respect to crossplay again what did you get attention? Is it difficult for you the characterization?.

Actually I don’t really know, I have only Cross-play at event once, was Cross-playing as Matryoshka Miku. Yes I find it difficult!! Because I also have to change my behavior and the way I act, I have to try to walk like a girl and take note of my action, because it’s also at a event there are many people around and Miku have a lot of fans to I tried my best to portray her.

- How do you choose the characters you cosplay?

I will choose the characters I really like a lot!! And research more about the characters, not all of the characters I will Cosplay because some of them I know i am not suitable for, but there are some which I will trail shoot and put in more effort to pull the character well!!

- We payed a lot of attention on your photoshoots and we love it! how you get prepared for them? Do you have some fun anecdote that happened you?

Depends on which characters I am Cosplaying!!! Usually Will think of some places and ask the photographer for their opinion if they have~, then we would meet up at that area and find nice place or spot to shoot! Hmm~ sometime during photoshoot we hear some comments from passerby, it was funny haha like, one was during my Marchen shoot, there was a few kids, they keep saying, It’s a ghost!!, He look like a doll, When I move they got scared and run away from me, then I started laughing with my friends >
- Do you pay attention to some international cosplayer?

: Yes, I do!!! Admire their works a lot!! <3
-What advice would you give to a new cosplayer?
: Do more research for the Characters you plan to Cosplay, Best to Cosplay Characters that you love, Do your best when portraying them! And remember Cosplay makeup is important!!, It’s not the same as normal daily kind of make up!! It’s best to do some research on Cosplay makeup!! And if you are not too sure you can ask your friends too!! It’s alright to do mistake, know where the problems and Improve on it!!!! Practice make perfect!!

- Some final words

: Cosplay isn’t easy! But remember to have fun and enjoy Cos-playing with your friends!! Help each other too!! Slowly improve on Cosplay!! Do play around with make up too! When u are just testing makeup you do not need to use much make up too, so you can save make up =3. You can also do a Test shoot in full costume first! After Viewing the pictures, you might have an Idea how to improve on the characters!! Good luck everyone and don’t forget to have fun!! <3

Update!!

Hey Everyone~

Haha Today weather is good! It's so cooling now =W=

But i don't know why my back feeling pain again, It's quite pain, maybe i exercise too much yesterday when i was already lack of sleep/rest, mean I might strain my back or it's because of the weather!! haha >
Anyway i went out to colect Spring Taikai Group Photo~ Taken after the concert~



hehe~ thinking of sticking the photo at my room wall~~


And Cosfest X.2 is on this weekend, Sunday I am cos-playing with my friend, but on Saturday I'm not sure, actually planning not to cosplay, but I feel like cosing~~~ well I'll consider again~ see whether I got time to finish up what I have to~

I have to prepare things for next month shoot, need look for wig also~ next month should have 3-4 shoots >
I also need to Costest soon! maybe I will take a video and make my first Makeup Tutorial, I'm sorry if I'm not good at it~ usually I will do make up my own way, might be very different from others >
