セブン＆アイ、買収提案受ける＝カナダ大手から、特別委で検討
セブン＆アイ・ホールディングスは１９日、カナダのコンビニエンスストア大手アリマンタシォン・クシュタールから買収提案を受けたことを明らかにした。セブン＆アイは提案内容を精査するため、社外取締役のみで構成する特別委員会を立ち上げており、「速やかに検討し、返答する予定」としている
