The Evidence that Russia is Losing Badly The Russian media gives us a clue on their perception of the war even if they try to hide it. More and more Russian media commentators call for escalation of the war to strikes on London, Paris, Berlin and New York. These fantasty fits are actually an admission that they cannot win the conventional war in Ukraine. There is no talk of "massive Russian army" counter-attacks now.
