「グルテン・フリー」に関しまして、

 

何十回も書いておりますが、

 

自分が半年から、8か月間、

 

体験した自身の結果でも、

 

「良い、と結論付けられます」

 

パンをやめると如何に体が良くなるか?

 

 

欧米では、もう、40年位前からも、

 

小麦は(グルテン)は、体に良くないからとか、

 

その中でも、悪の塊の”白いパン”

 

を食べるのなら、’全粒粉のパン’が良いとか、

 

しかし、

 

この先生は、総合的にみると、

 

白い(普通の)パンも、全粒粉のパンも、

 

どっちみち、

 

良くない、

 

と、結論付けております。

 

未解決ですが、

 

品種などの改良される前の数千年前から、食べられていた、

 

「大昔の小麦粉を使ったパン」

 

なら、もしかしたら――――????

 

「少しは、ましかもしれない???」と、イメージしております。

 

しかし、

 

何と言いましても、グルテン・フリーの方が、
