Dog Rescued stranded on Mississippi River Bridge VIDEO Stantec bridge inspector Craig Jenkins rescues hound dog NATCHEZ, Miss. — A dog stranded 120 feet above the Mississippi River was rescued by a team of bridge inspectors who just happened to be in the right place at the right time. A dog was rescued from the Mississippi River Bridge .Stantec While inspecting the U.S. Route 84 westbound bridge over the Mississippi River on Sunday, Stantec bridge inspector Craig Jenkins noticed a stranded hound dog on the adjacent bridge structure. The dog was just downstream, beneath the bridge deck. ミシシッピ川の橋で立ち往生 検査官がワンコを発見救出

米深南部ルイジアナ州とミシシッピ州の間を流れるミシシッピ川に架かる橋で、立ち往生していたワンコが9月20日、橋の検査官の手で救助された。
検査官のライアン・ナタルクさんはこの日、ミシシッピ川に架かる州間高速道路I-84が通るナチェズ＝ビディリア橋を点検中に、水面からの高さ約36メートルの橋脚の隅にいるワンコを発見した。
登山家でレスキューの専門家でもあるナタルクさんは、メスのワンコにケガがないか調べてから、ロープでワンコ用のハーネスをその場で作り、ミシシッピ州側から駆けつけたナチェズの警官に手渡した。
どうやってこのワンコが橋脚にたどり着いたかは不明だが、週末の間ナチェズ警察でこのワンコを預かることになったという。
