私はnice voiceのひとが好きです。
It's pretty amazing to have a cute girl with a cute voice just as a handsome guy having a great voice!
Moreover, if you are talking to a person the opposite sex on the phone, having a nice voice leaves you a good impression.
Somehow, people with a lovely voice (be it male or female) attracts me.
Without knowing much of the person of the opposite sex, especially sales people whom you speak to on the phone, that voice will impress on you what kind of person he/she is.
In turn, when you really meet the person, even if he/she isn't that charming, your disappointment will not be as great
