さよならチェシュメの会
2024年2月からBlack Bird Eateryとして新規オープンするべく
店内の改装を進めています。
We’re repainting the walls, refurbishing the chairs, fixing ac,
upgrading kitchen to open the Black Bird Eatery next February.
前身チェシュメはトルコランプやペルシャ絨毯、旅行好きな友達の
家のような雰囲気が特徴でした。
Cheshmeh was a ethnic blender, Turkish lamps, Persian carpet,
wall paintings…like your backpacker friend’s living room
名前のせいかトルコ料理屋と間違える人も多かったし、
名前を覚えられない人も多かった。
Because of the name, many thought it was a Turkish restaurant.
Oh and many remembered the name wrong…
Black Bird Eateryはケリーの故郷アメリカを全面に出し、
シアトルやポートランドにありそうなエッジィなカフェになります。
Black Bird Eatery will be more American vintage-y, edgy place
inspired by the northwest American cafes.
全てを入れ替えてしまう前に、もう一度チェシュメで楽しく集まりましょう。
Before we change everything, let’s gather up and have fun one last time.
