When I was around 4,5 years old I remember my aunt telling me
" when I was younger my idol was Alice Cooper... he had a snake and blablabla
And all I could do was blink my eyes and think "who the hell is Alice Cooper??" (Well, of course I didn't use that kind of language)
She also used to talk a lot about Kiss.
When i first saw them I was scared ...Even though I like scary movies since I was a baby, those Kiss members were creepy .
They were fat, old and ugly lol
But
The music was great (I loooove Detroit Rock City) and I started to like that style . When I was around 10 y.o I fell in love with Aerosmith and almost got depressed when I found out Tyler was around 50!
And since that time I started looking for another bands . At the time I was into glam rock . Bands like motley Crüe , poison , ratt, twisted sister , even the Nelson !! Were my favorite and used to make my days super colorful lol
Men with long hair , leopard shirt, lipstick and girly make up were so cool.
Of course, I was only 10 at the time so I couldn't see them as the kind of men I would fall in love with !
So I started growing up and find out about other bands and styles.
When I was 13 I fell in love with Axl Rose and Sebastian Bach (btw, I had the chance to see him last year at loud park !! I crieeeeed lol)
Then , Judas Priest , Helloween, Blind Guardian, Slayer, Ozzy, The Doors, Iron Maiden, Metal Church, old Metallica, and so on
Also , my passion was writing. Now I don't like it as much as before. I don't think I have patience and inspiration for that anymore ... I used to write while listening to music .
When I was around 15 I found out about medieval music and medieval metal. I was totally into that
And I'm still in it until now !
Now, as a grown up I still love music but I'm not so radical as before . I remember my sweet 16 when I used to run away from those punk groups cause they hated heavy metal people lol and yeah , I hated a girl at my school cause she liked prodigy lmao
Now I'm a lady who still likes to bang her head , but this lady can listen to classic , Celtic and folk music . And this lady loves Enya ♡
