ケアンズのおっさん、2023年は健康面で
いろいろと大変な年でした。
最近では五十肩に肺炎、少し前は臍ヘルニアや
コロナウイルスにも感染したり。。。
他にもいろいろと数え上げるとキリがありません。
一年の計は元旦にあり！
ということで今年の抱負は健康に決定！！
善は急げ！
早速ジムに行ってトレーニングしてまいりました。

Day350 New Year's Resolution
2023 was a tough year for me.
I haven't been feeling good lately...
Frozen shoulder, pneumonia, hernia,
coronavirus infection and so on...
The year's plans should be made on New Year's Day.
So my year's resolution is to be healthy.
Very famous quote "Strike while iron is hot!".
I went to the gym and worked out today!!
