日々IT化が進んでいるなあと思います。
EメールにツイッターにLINEにと、
すごく便利になってきていますよね。
ただ逆に若い人でも年配の方でもIT活用が
出来ない人もいるわけで、そういう方に合わせるのが
ちょっとめんどくさかったりもします。
まあ、とくにFAXとかちょっとめんどうです。
FAX使うのはいいんですけど、FAX機もいるし、
へたすりゃ別に電話番号もいるしで、コストが掛かりますよね。
あと送るのめんどくさいんですよ。
いちいちパソコンで印刷したり、手書きしたものを用意して
電話番号打って、紙さしこんで、ピーヒャララですからね～。
いちいち定型ののメッセージ文とかもいりますしね。
ただ世の中も進化していて、
この前先輩に教えてもらったオンラインファックスというので
FAXのわずらわしさから解放されました。
ちょうど私がつかってるのは EFAX（イーファックス）というやつです。

これがすごいのは、FAX機がいらないのと
NTTとかの電話会社の契約がいらないことでしょう。
なのになぜか電話番号貰えるところもすごいです（笑

使い始めて正直めちゃめちゃよかったのは、
外出先でもFAXを受け取ったものを見れたり、
送ったりできることでしょうね。
送るのは別にいいんですけど、
情報が命の仕事とかなんで、正直すぐにその場で見れるってのは
すんごい仕事の質というか、結果に結び付くんですよね。
その場で確認して対応がとれるってのは強いと思います。
まあスマホも便利だけど、efaxも便利だな。

メールと同じで使いやすいのもあるんだけど、
データのやりとりになったんで、紙をため込んだり作ったりが
なくなったんで、事務所もすっきりしましたね。
過去のデータとかは、スキャンで読んで捨てていっています

でも使ってみると、メールといっしょだし、
そもそもでefaxだけだと思うけど、最初の1か月タダで使えます。
なので、リスクねーなと、、思いつかいはじめたんですが。。。。
