Once you click the SIDEBAR INPUT button,
you automatically go to サイドバーの基本設定 so click

---> プラグインの追加はこちら.

OR

From the SIDEBAR INPUT button,
you can click

--> プラグインの追加

Step 4.

Under プラグインの追加, click the FREE PLUG-IN INPUT.

Step 5.

Copy and paste twitter code here.
