today,

i was at work

and a wooden picture frame fell on my head

it hurts so much!!!!

then

i changed the picture frame to another place 

and put some other thing where the frame was

and the other thing fell on my chair too 

luckly,

i was not in my chair 

it does not hurt anymore 

sorry for worrying you

but they are so expensive 

i have to save more money

so many things to buy

and yet,

no money

I have not used my retainers in about two years 

and the dentist is going to check them next week

they don't fit.......

it hurts when i use them
