in Hawaii!

I came to Hawaii for Christmas! I flew to Haneda airport and rode Hawaiian Airlines to Honolulu. It was a good flight!

I've seen my family and a few friends so far. I want to eat a lot of food while I'm here

Here are some foods I ate so far:

Buffalo chicken. I love it! It is fried chicken with spicy, orange sauce.

Slurpee and Spam musubi from 7-11. Japan's 7-11's don't have these A Slurpee is an ice drink; it's great especially on hot days!

Bleu cheese and bacon hamburger. It was good!

Yukuhashi Christmas Party

Last weekend, there was a Christmas party in Yukuhashi at the Miyako Hotel. Many Japanese and foreigners helped. There were many things to do; for example, decorate ginger bread houses, make decorations, play games and of course eat and drink!

Also, I went to Fukuoka city for a meeting. These are Hakata City's Christmas lights. Aren't they nice?

Thanksgiving & Black Friday

Thanksgiving is one of the biggest holidays in America. Many people eat a big dinner with their family. There are many kinds of foods we eat. For example, turkey with gravy, turkey stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, etc.

Another tradition that many families do is watch the Macy's parade in New York City and watch football! Fun

Thanksgiving is on a Thursday. The next day is called "Black Friday." It's the biggest shopping day in America. Some people sleep outside the stores and wait. I think they're crazy! haha. Many stores open at 12AM!

This Thanksgiving, some friends and I made food and had a Thanksgiving dinner. It was nice!
