Hokkaido Trip

Last weekend, I went to Hokkaido with my friends. ✈ It was my second time there. We went to go snowboarding at Niseko. There was a lot of snow, it was soft and nice! ⛄

After, we went to Sapporo. We saw the winter festival there. There were many ice sculptures, even a "One Piece" one! We also ate miso butter ramen, it was delicious!🍜

Super Bowl

Do you know what the Super Bowl is? It's the biggest TV event of the year in the US. It is the pro American football championship game. People have parties, eat a lot of food and watch the game. People who usually don't watch football watch it too!

There are also very good commercials (CM). Many people enjoy this day. We call it "Super Bowl Sunday" because it's on Sunday.

This year, the champions were the New York Giants. Madonna had a concert at the game too.

Girls' Generation on US TV

Girls' Generation (少女時代) performed on an American TV talk show today. They are trying to be popular in English-speaking countries, so they are making English songs. Girls' Generation isn't popular in the US, but maybe they will be more known in the future.
