The Kkona emote is based on Twitch streamer Konas "Kona" Korner. He was also a streamer back in the days of Justin.tv. The emote can be used to describe someone who acts in a stereotypical American way or is a redneck. These are all dumber stereotypes of American.
KKona's emote was derived from a photo taken by Danielle Spencer, What's Happening, at Wizard World Anaheim Comic Con 2010.
