Although I commented yesterday that it could take a few more days until I reach the goal, I decided to finish it off today. I have "7" more to go.
I don't think it is an easy thing to do, but I hope I can do it, and I WILL do it. （あと３！）
....Well, it seems like it wasn't as difficult as I thought, but I'm not done yet. （あと２！）
So this is my very last message:
You don't have to be perfect in English grammar to write a diary in English.
（英語日記を書くのに完璧な英文法知識は必須ではない、
昨日の続きで「Be+Do+Have」のパターン。
しっかり３動詞をマスターしよう！）

何回かに分けて Be Do Have それぞれの基本用法を
かなり変則的（反則的？）に説明させていただきましたが
詳しくは拙著で、という営業トークは余計な一言ですが
（初版がはけないと新しい企画通してもらえないので（笑）
この３動詞の奥深さはこれにとどまらない。
そう、この３動詞同士を組み合わせて使うパターンなんかも
あるんですね～（すべて基本用法の応用）
たとえば、
Be + Be
I am a human being（私は人間です）
、って、いきなり反則かい。。。
なら、
I feel like I am being fooled. （だまされたような気分だ）
Be + Do
I am almost done with this diary. （もうすぐこの日記も終わり）
I am doing my best. （一所懸命やってる）
Don't be silly. （バカ言っちゃいかんよ）
Be + Have
I am having a visitor now. （ただいま来客中）
I have to be careful. （気をつけなきゃ）
I have been keeping diary for more than 2 years.
Do + Have
I don't have a boyfriend. （彼氏いない）
Do I have to go, too? （わたしも行くの？）
Do + Do
Did you do it? （やった？）
Don't do that! （そんなことするな）
Have + Have
I have had enough! （もう十分！）
I have to have it by noon.（昼までに必要なんだ）
「Be Do Haveくらい分かる」？

I have one more (for the last verb "do") to reach the 990 mark, so I will task myself to achieve this milestone today. I wonder how many more days I will be writing here to reach the final goal - another 3 to 4 days or so? I started this challenge since mid-April 2012, so I will have continued it for 2 years and 3 months - I can't believe it. I couldn't have done it (not done yet, though) without my strong ambition to bring this topic to book publishing. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to work out, and I'm burned out, but I have no regrets. I trust I have given my best (so far that I can think of), which I believe is the best among all other advices. I think I have the right to say so, since I not just insisted on my theory, but also practiced it myself, and achieved it (not yet, but almost, though)......I'm starting to sound like a narcissist...please don't bother, since I'm just talking to myself. Well, that's about it, and I suppose "4 (do)" is good enough for today.

Haveの用法、今回は
１）現在完了形
２）現在完了進行形
尚、「過去完了」や「未来完了」はめったに使わないため
スルーします。
１）現在完了形 （have ＋動詞の過去分詞）
I have seen her before. （彼女を見たことがある）
I saw her beforeでも大きく意味は変わりませんが
現在完了にすることでここでは「経験」のニュアンスが
入ります。
I have done my part. （自分の役割は果たした・やった）
I did my partでも大きく意味は変わりませんが
現在完了形にすることで「完了」のニュアンスが入ります、
と書くと「didだって完了じゃん」と言われそうですが
そこであえて「完了！」と説明してます。
つまりただやった、ではなく
「隊長！任務完了しました！」
とでもいいますか。。。

これは「継続」、ってやつですね。
I kept this diary～でも大きく意味は変わ。。。
るんです、この場合。
さて、過去分詞とは「go-went-gone」など
最後にくるやつを指すわけですが
かなりの頻度で使用するのが
I have been
となります。
Beの多様な使い方は説明しましたが
その「多様な使い方」をそのままbeenに当てはめられるから
「かなりの頻度で」使うわけです。
事実とか所在とか。
さらにこのbeen、
「～へ行った」を表したいとき、
つい have gone としてしまいたくなりますが
それでは間違いで、
I have been there before.
（以前そこに行ったことがある）
I have never been to his house.
（彼の家に一度も行ったことがない）
＊ちなみにthere/hereの場合はtoは入れず
具体的な場所にはtoを入れる
という使い方もあるのです。
２）現在完了進行形（have been ＋動詞ing）
ここでのbeenにgone（行った）の意味はありません。
「形式的に入れるだけの助動詞」の役割だからです。
意味は、「（ずっと）～していた」。
この「ずっと」が同じ「～していた」のwas＋動詞ing、
つまりふつうの進行形とのニュアンスの違いとなります。

「回るな、回るな」
というのは拙著『Be Do Haveで英語は9割話せる』の
イラストから拝借。
分かりましたでしょうか（いや、英語のほうの話ですが）
と、かなり急ぎ足でしたが
Be Do Haveの基本用法を
「極力簡潔に」説明するとすれば
こんな感じとなります。
これだけのバリエーションがあるからこそ、
英語日記において
Beは「たった一年で1000回」、
Haveは「たった二年で1000回」、
Doは「たった二年半弱で1000回」
も使えてしまうのです（「たった」？）
I often receive bothersome phone calls at work from those that claim themselves as real estatate company or asset management company or whatever. I don't let them talk, and hang up immediately after saying that I'm not interested. If you happen to encounter similar situation, my advice is;
1) Don't let them talk
2) Don't try to be polite
3) Be clear with you answer - say "no"
4) (if men) Don't assume that the young lady who called will meet in person
Life is tough these days, especially under economic recession.
I think this is why such fraud is occuring here and there.
Let's be careful.

今度は「助動詞」としてのHaveの用法。
まずは
have to ＋動詞原形
で
「～しなくてはいけない」
must ＋動詞原形
need to ＋動詞原形
とかと同じ意味ですね。
実際の日本語の言葉遣いでは
～しなくちゃ
～しなきゃダメよ
～せんとアカン
～せな～
～しいや～
ま、挙げればきりがないですな。
ちなみにアメリカ英語の口語では
have to の代わりに
have got to ＋動詞原形
という言い方をよくするのですが
さらにこれを
have gotta＋動詞原形
(例：I've gotta go 行かなくては）
みたいな発音をしてます。
わざわざ got という「余計な一言」を入れるのは
「なぜか分からないけど
なぜかそのほうが語呂が良く発音しやすいから」
という奇妙な理由。そのくせ、
'veのところをすっ飛ばして
I gotta go みたいに言うこともあるから
奴等の考えることはよー分からん（笑）
ちなみに have to と must の違い、
個人的な意見ですが
「言ったら『すぐやる』系はmust」と
覚えておくと使い分けがしやすいかもしれません。
（一般的には「mustのほうが強い」と言われてますが
言い方によっては（語気の強さとか） have to でも
十分強いと思いますのであまりこのルールに
しばられないほうがいいかもしれません）
Well, let's see how much (many?) more "do"s do I have left....17, no, 16 because I used one just now. It's funny, but now I'm starting to feel like I don't want to reach the goal...at least, not so soon, but oops, I used it again, so now it's 15.

まずは「一般動詞」から。
「持つ」(手にできるもの・見えるもの）①
I have a lot of CDs. （CDをたくさん持ってる）
I have many friends. （実際はあまりいないが。。。）
I have a great family. （これはホント）
「持つ」（概念的なもの・目に見えないもの）②
I have a good idea. （良いアイディア）
I don't have any plan this weekend. （すっかり日記定番文）
We had a great time.
（いい時間を「過ごした」→～という経験を「持った」）
I had a dream.
（夢を「見た」→夢を見るという経験を「持った」）
「食べる・飲む」③
We had sushi for lunch at Sushiro.
（We ate～は実はあまり使わない）
I had too much wine last night.
（I drank～は実はあまり使わない）
飲食の表現において「食事とした食べた・飲んだ」ときは
たいていの場合、haveを使う。
It's too bad that Denny's near my house will be closing next week due to land adjustment（区画整理） going on in the area. Not because of that, but we went there yesterday to have chocolate parfait. We first went to a cafe in Kasai but couldn't go in because the place was full and was told that they only accept those with reservation - Then, why don't you put that info in the website!!!（怒） Anyway, I believe Denny's was a much better choice after all.
So, the problem is that I will be losing my "workplace" in my neighborhood. This is a big issue for me.
